God commanded Jonah to go to Nineveh and deliver a message of repentance. Jonah ran away but ended up in a big fish’s belly. He eventually obeyed and delivered the message, leading the Ninevites to repent. Jonah’s story teaches us about compassion, obedience, and foreshadows Jesus.
